Anyone who needs step-free access. Every one of our apartments has steps at the entrance and none is adapted.
Anyone expecting hotel service, daily cleaning or a concierge.

Heating that works. Heat-pump air conditioning and an electric radiator in every apartment, plus a duvet and a sofa blanket.
A real kitchen — oven, hob, fridge, and the tools to cook properly.
Washing machine and a clothes line.
Wifi.
Bed linen and towels, and the final clean when you leave.
Water and electricity up to normal household use.
A person, not a call centre. If something breaks, you write to me and I sort it.
Not included
Cleaning during your stay. We are a letting agency, not a hotel. You can hire it separately if you want it.
Equipment on request. The apartment comes as you see it in the photos.
Refurbishment while you are here. We repair what breaks; we don't renovate around you.

Somewhere to park, at every apartment. In our Vera Playa complexes — Jardines de Nuevo Vera, Torremar and Parque Vera — you get a numbered space inside the gated grounds. In Palomares and Villaricos you park in the street, right at the door, and there is always room.
A motorbike fits in the same space, and we can tell you where to leave it covered.
Dogs are welcome. Tell us when you book.

No parking for campers, caravans or trailers at any of our apartments. Not one of them has space for it. If you travel with one, this is not the right place for you.
No step-free apartment. All of them have steps at the entrance and none is adapted for a wheelchair or a walker. We would rather tell you now than when you arrive.book.
This is the driest corner of Europe. Winter here means lunch outside at midday, three rainy days a month, and a beach you have to yourself
Supermarkets, pharmacy and the health centre, five minutes away.

Restaurants along the seafront — fewer than in summer, but open.
Evenings are cool. That is why every apartment has a radiator as well as the heat pump.
Some beach bars close from December to February.
No cleaning surcharge at the end, no booking fee, no card fee. Bills included up to normal use.
Two bedrooms, one month. Nothing to add at the end, no meter readings, no surprises.
The same apartment costs 1,552 € on the booking portals, because they add their commission on top. This is the direct price.
We have apartments in two areas of Vera Playa: the textile beach and the naturist beach. The price is the same. Choose the one you want and the search opens with what is free.
The price of the month is on this page, so there is nothing to negotiate. If you already know your dates, book. If you have a question — a dog, a big car, dates that don't fit a month — write to me and I answer the same day, in English, German or Spanish.

So nothing surprises you.
Minimum 28 nights, maximum 60. The maximum is not ours: above 60 nights Spanish law treats the let as a seasonal tenancy instead of a holiday let.
The monthly price is for one or two people. Our winter apartments are let to couples and solo travellers. Larger groups are outside this offer.
Bills are included up to normal household use. Heating a home in winter is normal use; running a business from it is not.
Dogs: Tell us when you book, not when you arrive.
The final clean is included. Cleaning during your stay is not, and can be hired separately.
The apartment comes as it is in the photos. We repair what breaks; we do not add equipment or renovate during a stay.
Payment: the full amount when you book. Nothing else in between, and nothing to pay on arrival.
Free cancellation up to two months before arrival. After that, 50% of the booking total.
No payment, no card, no deposit until you are sure. That is how our returning guests book, and it has never given us a problem.
